INO chef 45

INO chef 45 is a clear yellow liquid that effectively loosens tough soil deposits from cutlery and dishware for easy removal in the mechanical dishwasher machine cycle. It contains powerful alkaline builders and bleaching agents to maximize performance and effortlessly remove stubborn stains like coffee or tea.
INO chef 45 has been specially formulated to be effective against dried starch or sugar, common with cereal or syrupy foods. Add 1 to 3 ounces (30 – 90 mL) for every gallon (4 L) of warm water. Place articles to be soaked into soaking vessel and let stand in solution for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove articles from INO chef 45 solution and run through dishwashing cycle. Prolonged soaking is unnecessary.
Light soil: 1 oz. (30mL) per gallon (4L) of water. Soak for 5 minutes.
Medium soil: 2 oz. (60mL) per gallon (4L) of water. Soak for 10 minutes.
Heavy soil: 3 oz. (90mL) per gallon (4L) of water. Soak as needed.
